Dayum, yeahp hands down one of the greatest actors of all time! Man he starred in over 150 films I think, just incredible. I got the kurosawa box set recently, I want the samurai trilogy with him in it, even though I've seen it like 3 times.

Anyways, I like how you keep the eye moving--especially with the white which really brings my eyes around the whole piece. If you hadn't placed the white at the bottom as well my eyes would have been stuck on the face, but since you spaced it out it looks wonderrrrful and we can all focus on everything!!!
Also the white doesn't seem to be a pure white, but with a tint of red, which helps to subdue it, rather than detract from the rest of the piece.
Whew, sorry, that was the art teacher in me...but you did an amazing job!
