So as soon as I finish drawing a picture for realz, I instead upload another Gmod screenshot. Well done, me.The Scoot and the Heavy are buddies for no reason.
Mostly I just like to give the Heavy that shit-eating grin.
And this was harder to pose than it should have been.

yeah anti aliasing makes jagged things go away, however, it puts a huge load on your fps (frames per second) so try around with it and find something that works for you and your computers
