I painted this illustration for one of my classes in school. The assignment was to do a Halloween painting for the "Gallery of Terror". It was supposed to be a children's illustration, and one of the students asked what we were allowed to include, as it shouldn't be too scary. Someone piped up that as long as it didn't contain a severed head it should be ok. Well, I just couldn't resist. Hence, two severed heads. So...enjoy my contribution to the Gallery of Terror. Ciderella definitely solved her stepsister problem!
I like the expression on the blonde stepsister's face. She can't believe what has happened to her. (But at least the stepsister's pretty hair is nice displayed.)
