i need help! give me suggestions on what to improve. im doing alot of new things on this one and i need someone else's opinion. thanksthis was made to be kinda anime style...

Changes to be made:
-whatever you guys suggest
-maybe a water theme?
So far, this has taken me somewhere between 20 and 30 hours.

Hello! I have an idea. I think your shading is really good! Along with those highlights, just gorgeous! However, I see you've done a drop shadow around it, and in actuality the shadow would not retain the same shape all the way around, as it would vary in size and shape depending on the position of the light, and the way the hair falls. But that's the only thing I can really point out that needs work!

The only possible thing I could think of was maybe make the eyebrows a bit darker. With blue hair, i kinda thought that pale eyebrows looked a little weird. Other then that, I think it looks awesome

the hair is my problem tho, it doesnt fit in with the rest of the picture...i think i have a way to make it fit, but i need to practice more before i attempt it on this one.

It looks good! However, the hair looks quite... out of place. I mean, as hair it's AMAZING, but as hair in a photo, it looks really fake. I'd suggest using the lasso tool and selecting the original hair and then changing the hue. You could do the same with the eyes.
