Yea I would agree the ssj2 is worst one, Vegeta's ssj2 is so similar to his ssj1 I tried to add more spikes to distinguish the two

Asides from a couple extraneous spikes I don't think it looks too bad! Good way of differentiating between it and SSJ1

his ssj 2 form contains spikier hair, not more spikes, similar to Goku ssj2, BTW, is it okay if I use your Vegeta's color palette on the Extreme Butoden Vegeta?

I don't have a name for it; it does look like some sort of ascended SS Blue, Mastered SS Blue, or SS Blue 2, but I don't like these names.

I mean, I've also heard Beyond Super Saiyan Blue, Super Saiyan Beyond Blue, and Super Saiyan Royal Blue get used with it; do any of those work?

I see it as more of his version of Goku’s Kiaoken SSB, they are both portrayed to have a similar power.
