We found it at the markets for $15, its a work jumpsuit overall, the blue was perfect, you can probably get a white one then dye it navy blue ! www.ebay.com.au/itm/like/11136… Heres one on ebay, something similar to the one he has. We bought yellow thick ribbon and glued them on or you can sew it on
