I present Starlight from Modern Warfare II. I added 4 simple bones to the cape, I still cant figure out how to select them from the viewport. So you will have to select the bones under the mesh's skeleton tree. I also added dforce to the cape, hair, and skirt. Does it work? I honestly have no idea, I have an AMD graphics card and for some reason it doesn't respond in DAZ. As much as I love them, capes are my Kryptonite!
