Description
A stump of a rather large tree in Oregon. The area had been logged and they used this tree as a pulley system. The four railroad sized nails were driven to hold the cable inbetween them. The cable cut into the tree as you can see. The area was logged long ago. The f stop was 22, near a 2 second exposure using my tripod. You can see the spider webs between the nails in full view.
