Hahahaha I don't think so xD. The Clou is that a Spider needs in the Beginning SMALL Prey, and then bigger and bigger. The more big Prey a Spider eats, the more he grows, he gets bigger, BUT.. the next Problem is, they only have a Booklung, and that means they couldn't breath if they get too much Weight of their own Body, the next Point is, that they also need another Content of Oxygen in the Atmosphere, like in the Cretaceous. In the Cretaceous the Earth HAD such a Content of Oxgen in the Air, and the Spiders just needed to eat and eat and eat, and always bigger and bigger Preys the more the Spiders growth. We know today that the giant Spider Scelet that they found, was from an Spider of the Nephila Family. And one cool thing is we STILL got Nephila Spiders on Earth, and SOME of them are getting SO Big that they catch and kill Bat's, smaller or normal Sized Birds, Frogs... But I really think that they wouldn't live long enough to feed them with bigger and bigger Preys so that they would grow dangerously Big.. Maybe they live 2 or 3 Years if they don't spin their Eggsack... As soon as they have spun their Eggsack they die. I would love to make such an Experiment, but I think they wouldn't grow bigger than 25 Cm in lenght. Okay, that's big enough that the Venom can kill an Human, but the Spider is not big enough to wrap an Human up. I think to be able to trap an Human in their Spiderweb and to wrap him easily up, they would need to have 60 cm in Body-leght andΒ body-width...I think with their Legs they would have a Width of 1,20 mtr, or maybe 1,50mtr too, that would be big enough. But I think before my Spider ((If I would buy a Nephila Clavata)), would be so Big, She would die because of her Age 
But hey.. maybe when we die, we can find another Worlds with such Spiders, or maybe the giant Spiders from the Cretaceous still are alive in the World that we leave behind then
