Jessie and James from Team Rocket! (... no, I do not watch pokemon!
)Not much to say, just that I don't get any credit for this pose because it is one of Team Rocket's signature poses and I wasn't feeling creative enough today to make my own pose. ... and I'm too tired to add any details.. yes, I am a very lazy person!
Also, if anyone has any advice on how to pixel shiny hair anime/manga style I would REALLY appreciate it because I tried to make their hair shiny and, well, I failed miserably.

You can make their hair shiny by adding hilights. :3
You do that by adding a lighter shade of the base color to the hair. X3
It's better to put irregular, thin stripes than use the cell shading methode, I've noticed. :3
