No, that's just the fanbase liking how they look together. And Marth in character is nothing like that. For one he's canonically married to a woman named Caeda (Sheeda in Japan), and doesn't really talk about any kind of relationship in his games. He's too busy fighting wars set against his kingdom of Altea.
