Screenshots from the isometric map test.The browsergame Lords of Wars will change his actual 2D tabled map with this nice isometric map.
The map feature isometric tiles, various height levels, 7 dynamic zoom (in left upper corner and right lower corner are the limits), interactive seleciotn of the tile with pop-up window representing the elements on that tile: forests, gold mines, stones, water, cities, armies in travel and open quests.
Some thoins to fix, yet, but almost ready to play.

Maybe ... I planned to redraw the tiles, but remember that this is a playable map. Each player should be quickly aware of the coordinates of each square, following the grid from the coordinates numbers on left and right side.

You could make the squares appear on the spot where players are pointing their cursors.

Could be an idea. I have already a system to evidence the square aimed by the mouse ...
