How easy was it to make this? Cause I am interested in learning how to do this.

What program did you use to make this also? It looks really good

Hi! First of all I created a whole set of isometric blocks, using Adobe Illustrator and the original textures from Minecraft.
I saved all of this blocks as separate PNGs with transparency.
I then used Adobe Photoshop to combine them together. Each block is a different layer. Each level is a group of layers.
I finally animated the visibility of each level directly in PS and saved as a GIF.

Check out our free e-books on building Layer-by-Layer in Minecraft:

Thank you for replying to me I have been sitting here using Inkscape making Dirt and Wood blocks but its taking a bit to make them cause each bit has a different color.

And I already downloaded the 2 ebooks they are great

Would love to see more of this tho. It looks wonderful :3

We are working on a complete medieval Keep, with gate, towers, main building, dungeons, stables and everything.
In the meantime I can create some other ColtCoyote designs, as free e-books.
Stay tuned.
