Campaign start ref sheet for my PC Tris. Our DM had us create our own races/planets for our space opera campaign, so this has been a really fun process. Her species has half a dozen or so common morphologies, and have a dimorphism that outsiders assume is sexual but its... not. She's swimming against the current a bit by using she/her pronouns and pursuing a life not devoted to reproduction. Although they're related to humans (now), their reproductive system is very different, somewhat inspired by Anglerfish, like the rest of their species. Theyre amphibious, bio-luminescent, fish people with a cultural structure resembling that of ants... But Tris is determined to use her education for an oppurtunity to escape her society's rigid structure, and leaps webbed-feet first into a life of adventure and piracy with her would-be kidnapper Dessa, and the surprisingly relatable and undeniably admirable Pirate Queen Leolyn.
