BIO: The heart and soul equivalent of every hostile programming from the Omnic Crisis, NS7 is the living embodiment of the last phase of the war. A walking element built to destroy humanity and have Earth ruled by the machines once and for all. An extremely dangerous individual having the most advanced forms of artificial intelligence. He is war, and war is looking towards humanity...

The End Of The War: Several Omnic God Programs began to realize the war was leaning towards humanities favor and began to calculate a fail safe. The Neo Series was developed and started production. The first six going through trials and errors, but due to a recent loss from a major turning point in the war, all focus was on the most recent model. NS7. With the war finally closing in, the God Programs installed every aspect of the war and its hostility towards humanity into NS7. Battle tactics, human technology, advanced systems, everything. NS7 was then secretly shipped from the Egyptian Omnium from where it was created to a base in Madagascar.
Months later, the war ended and Omnics and Humans formed peace...For now..

Reactivation: After billions of updates and new software, NS7 awoke three years later and became the physical form of the Omnic Crisis. Now with a new directive, NS7 began to do research on humanity once more and find a way to cripple them in the form of starting a new Omnic Crisis. One that humanity would never recover from.

Null Sector: Though most of the leaders of the terrorist organization are unknown, it was NS7 that helped breed hate and aggression to start the group. Being one of the founding members, NS7 managed to hack into other Omnics forcing directives of extreme violence and hostility towards humans. However once Overwatch interfered, NS7 escaped and went into hiding.

A New War: Now having a trail, NS7 set up several decoys of poorly made copies of himself, which he could control all at once. The decoys confused his peruses while he went on his next plan. With new omnics under his control, and vasts resources being pulled in through manipulation and online theft, NS7 has build a secret factory on Madagascar. Producing dozens of upgraded Bastion units and several other horrific war machines designed by himself. While this new army was being built, all he has to do now and wait as he strikes at humanities weaknesses first. Once humanity is at their lowest, doom awaits them.

Role: A defensive class, Neoteric specializes in team disruption and vital area denial. With the use of major deadly weapons at his disposal, Neoteric is a very flexible defense unit.

Wrist Cannons: Neoterics primary weapons are cannons mounted on his wrists. With a rapid rate of fire, the weapon is very accurate and practically deadly at short range. Blasts can reach far but the further the target, the less damage it will do.

Mechanical Morale: Neoteric's passive grants a bonus shield and damage to any fellow omnics within his perimeter. (Bastion, Zenyatta, Orisa.) And does 5 percent more damage towards enemy omnics.

Trip Wires: Hardly visible tripwires can be placed via against one wall to another. (A doorway or a car and street light, ect) Enemies who walk within it take shock damage and slows them down.

Heat Seeking Shoulder Rockets: Neoteric can deploy four heat seeking rockets from his shoulders. Rockets will follow the closest target and chase them unless destroyed or detonate via time limit.

Kamikaze Field: Neoteric has a twin based special. First bast detonates an EMP like wave (Like Sombras) that reverses the controls of enemy players within the vicinity. (A is B, I is X, Left is Right, Up is Down, Ect) Or multiple clicking the special button will activate his kamikaze attack, exploding within a large blast radius and killing himself. (Respawn time is cut in half)
