This is absolutely amazing. As a fan of extreme micro, you don't see much bacteria or germs involving the micros. I'd love to see more. Also I love how she's just like...oops! Amazing piece. Maybe one where they're fighting her germs?

A good microscope scene is exceptionally difficult to pull off. You need to establish scale, some sort of interaction and a relationship between the subjects and the observer. All at microscopic scale.
You have completely nailed every aspect of this scenario and made a great little short story in the process that is both amusing and visually great.
