The only thing I changed was the arm positioning during the animation. That is how the back looks with the normal animation regardless.

you're right, both shoulders and the neck needs a lot more work.
the shoulders would take more time to fix, since i didnt model the original one.
though the neck is my bad, i just have to shrink it down a bit and put it farther up the mask
