What if Mako joined the United Forces and had to leave for quite some time?I've been pondering at this for a while…so here's a quick sketch of how I think Korra would react to Mako leaving.
*I apologize for the crappiness…I just can't help it...

Mako is wearing a U.F. uniform Korra is holding Mako's scarf on the top right cornerI might just redo this later…maybe add some color to it…you know, that stuff...

You know, I gave it a title this morning without even remembering what the title of your piece was. It's funny. The title I chose is actually a direct contrast with yours. I kind of like the contrast though. I am a big Florence + and the Machine fan and so borrowed the title of one of her songs: "Never Let Me Go." Make sure you listen to this song when you do read it.
