How do you do it? I mean, what do you use to attach the beads together?

There are these things called "Perlerbeads" You put your art down on a little board and when your done, you can Iron the beads together and they stick.

I have to look at a sprite, enlarge it, and then create it as a beadsprite.
It takes quite some time.
