I'll tell you, Haunter was my favorite until Sableye came around; however, once Phantump appeared, he easily became my favorite ghost type...and this time, I'm sure he'll stay my favorite regardless of what other new ghost types come out. I mean look at how adorable he looks! Plus, the way he speaks is so adorable! I just love it! But there is one thing that creeps me out about this ghost Pokemon...take a look at this description:
"According to old tales, these PokΓ©mon are stumps possessed by the spirits of children who died while lost in the forest."
Umm...spirits of dead children possessing stumps and trees? *shivers* That is very disturbing and to think we are using a dead child spirit to battle other Pokemon. Creeeepy...
An interesting fact, the reason why I've given the name "stumpy" to this Pokemon is because when I played Legend of Zelda's Wind Waker, with my lil' sis, there was a little wood character named Makar (which I ended up naming my shiny Phantump). A very cute looking character, but we kept forgetting his name and kept calling him Stumpy instead. It made sense to us at the time.

Excalibur:*the young Honedge was flying though the thick trees, being chased by an angry Golduck as he flies into some rock formations, getting cornered as he stops at the rock wall as he holds his held berries tight in his claws, turning to the angry pokemon as he trembles*H...Help...

*Just as the Golduck was about to strike, it was suddenly flung back by a scared sword attack. Excalibur peeks and sees a large, pony-like pony standing in front of him*
Cobalt: *snorts at the Golduck*

Golduck:*eyes widen as he steps back*A...A legendary...*staggers back but frowns at the Honedge*I'll get you for this, blade!*runs off quickly*
Excalibur:*stares up at the legendary with frightened eyes, his blade bending as he slumps down, his pupil wavering in fear. He looked so young and timid. His blade was very dull and muddy and he looked all alone from what this Keldeo could tell*

Excalibur:*swallows nervously as he watches him walk, slowly standing straight as he keeps a hold of the berries he had taken. He watches him for a moment before hovering after him*

Excalibur:*looks tired as his blade drags against the stone floor abit. Conalt noticed he didnt have his scabbord with him like Honedge's were meant to have. The Honedge evolution were meant to be strong, proud fighters. But he looked more like a frightened orphan more then anything*
(I just realized something~ Honedge can learn Sacred Sword too~ These two were MEANT for each other 8D)

Excalibur:*eye sadden*Th-The higher evolution pokemon hog all the berries near Crystal Lake...Theres no other berries for miles around...When I was younger my parents were...killed by an Onyx...I was all alone...When I went to get berries on my own for the first time I was attacked by that Psyduck and a bunch of his friends...They took my scabbord and show it off to their friends...I...I try to get it back but all I manage to get are a few berries on the border of their territory...*looks at his empty claws as he wraps the cloth around himself*I miss my ma and da...*sniffles and covers his eye*
