This is Beast Man and won this one.He's Based on BeastMan.EXE from Megaman NT Warrior
He was Originally Programmed to be a Forester Robot.
BUt Wily Captured him and Reprogrammed him.
HIs Sharp Claws are much Sharper and Stronger then Slash Man's Claws Or Blade Man's Blades. His Main Weapon is Beast Slasher.
Where It's Liek Slash Man but you send a Wave of Energy after you Slash.
