Everyone has one but you can't always see your own-not without some help.
Some are round. Some are square--curves and angles, lines, mountains, and valleys.
All different colors and all different shapes.
Each is made of the same basic thing yet not one is exactly like another.
You may not always like your own- but I promise you someone does.
Throughout a few minutes I can watch yours morph- looking completely different from one moment to the next- yet always the same.
In one moment it can tell me who you are and maybe even who loves you.
You can pass parts of it along for centuries.
When I look at yours, I see not only who you are, but what you're feeling and maybe even what you're thinking.
It reflects how you are inside.
I'm thankful my mother gave me hers.
