If it makes you feel any better, I slept at 5 am, got maybe 1-2 hours of sleep, got up, had P.E. in the cold, and had to resist sleeping in class.
Anyways, go head. If you really need sleep, then sleep! (oh god i sound rude pls forgive)
We all should be sleeping earlier, but the thing is, I'm probably a vampire.
