I was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct this spring :/ I was banned from the internet for three months

Basically what happened:Β
My mom divorced my dad in early 2009 and in that time, I was bullied at school, my classmates and sisters (then 14 and 16) called me things like 'you stupid fucker' and 'dumbass', the divorce was horrible, I attempted suicide FOUR TIMES between March 5, 2009 and March 1, 2010 (keep in mind, I was 7 at this time, yes, SEVEN years old) and eventually my dad shot and killed himself on May 13, 2010.Β
My mental state has been quite weak ever since that traumatizing two-year period, and this spring, the memories came back to haunt me, so I made a plan of shooting up my old elementary school, basicallyΒ causing a Sandy Hook 2.0, and posted it to the internet. I was caught and was arrested, stayed at a torturous mental hospital for 2 weeks, had to wear an electronic bracelet for almost 5 months, and I was banned from the internet and couldn't talk to any of my friends on DA or my best friend of all, who lives in Texas. I'm still on probation until April 9, 2018.
