Height: 0.5-0.7 meters (1-2 feet)

Length: 1 meter (3-4 feet)

Weight: 90 lbs

Habitat: Plains

Distribution: Old World continents and Australia

Descendant: Feral cat

Lifespan: 15-20 years

- Since the big cats has faded away after the departure of humanity, the feral cats, the somewhat successful ancestor of the mettapanther, have the chance to take their role, evolving into large pantherine carnivores.

- There are about 4 subspecies of Mettapanther.

Spotted mettapanther (M. m. tholos) - An African subspecies of mettapanther whose coat resembles a clouded leopard and an African wild dog combined.
Spanish mettapanther (M. m. ispanica) - A Spanish subspecies of mettapanther and is the smallest of the mettapanthers.
Buckandee (M. m. buckandii) - The largest mettapanther subspecies and is the apex predator of Australia. It is also known as the Buckandee mettapanther, or Outback mettapanther
Chinese mettapanther (M. m. laohu) - A Chinese subspecies of mettapanther and is the rarest of all mettapanthers, as well as being the smallest of them all.
