"Is this where you've been singin' from?" Its voice echos, forlorn and melancholy as the first chill sweeps through it. It waits in the gap, treading the thresh hold between two words.

Another gentle tug at the Omen's fur prompts it to move forward, shoulders brushing the ice that reflect its face back in contorted ways. Several heartbeats pass, memories of its last trip to the Archives of their old home visible in the blue stone. The difference, though, is that this cavern is... perfect. Perfectly intact. Perfectly quiet. Perfectly frozen in time.

Safe and away from the horrors of the outside world.

It pauses, breath unsteady as it looks at itself in the reflections all around it.

"S'alright," it murmurs, each caricature of itself bobbing and bending as it heads further into the heart of the cave. "I... we... can make y'whole again."
