Make a normal sketch, shrink it down then go over it in binary.

Binary is a brush that is just one solid colour. It's useful for doing sprite art, things like ms paint automatically has it called the Pencil tool.

You shrink the sketch to fit whatever canvas you plan to draw it as, so for DA icons it has to be shrunk to 50x50 and if you plan to use it as an icon the file size has to be 15kb or less.
