Sorry, guys. I know I haven't been around for a while, but I've been majorly sick these past couple weeks. Like 'at death's door' kind of sick (at least it felt that way). But I'm doing better now and am back with something new ^_^

I admit-- I've been in a bit of a rut lately. I haven't felt like drawing much and have not been very inspired, so I wanted to try something in a style completely different from my usual one, something way out of my comfort zone. And instead of the 'cute' way I usually draw the IZ characters, I wanted to try something a little more bad-ass. This is what I ended up with-- a piece of Invader Zim art that's one part Panty & Stocking and one part Dead Leaves (and you can tell I pretty much ripped the design for GIR directly from P&S's Chuck). The main feeling I really wanted to get across with this was 'intensity' and hopefully that shows through. Since it involved guns and stuff I made Dib and Gaz a little older; it just seemed the right thing to do in this case. The background is nothing special, but I tried to do something with it, anyway.

Well, it's a total 180* from my usual work, but I hope you all like it anyway ^^ It was a fun little experiment to try, and I think it turned out pretty neat. Thanks for looking!
