Description
A CATS original character of mine named Jagger. He is the older brother of Spectra and is a very gorgeous tom, as you can see.
He is the son of Tugger and Bombalurina.

As you know RTT is a mix of Nick jagger and Elvis .
so seeing someone capture his other side is relly cool ..
Lvis , unlike Vicky can not dance very well but can sing like crazy .
His suit is inspired by Vicky and by the white jump suit that elvs used to wear .

I do like him though. Just for my purposes I'm probably going to simplify his design somewhat. Maybe less spots... Not sure yet.

I figured that at first...because Spectra is Tugger and Bomba's daughter, however, I thought I might be wrong and that you had him mated to someone else as well. Oh well.
