Yes I know this is somewhat disturbing, but it is canon to the story and very touching. In case you are wondering what is up with Spectre's hair, this is 3 years before the story begins. (Spectre 16, Kimi 15, Comet 17, Amanda 11) Back when the circus was just coming together and Spectre and Alice didn't get along to well...

Spectre, Comet, and Kimi knew Amanda, but only from just watching her. Her dad always took her to the park for hours to play chess against anyone who thought they could beat her. She never lost one game. Spectre's mother got a call from her dad saying he was going on a business trip and needed either of her boys Spectre or Comet to watch his little girl. This task was put on Spectre's back as Comet already had a job helping the janitor after school. Unlike his step brother Spectre was a lot more layed back and traded his free time into daydreaming of his future circus, practicing circus tricks, and like every teenager in his school; video games.

Upon arriving Spectre was instantly bombarded with rules and sceduals. After Amanda's father told Spectre he'll be back in a week. Amanda appeared almost devistated that he'll be gone over her birthday. This didn't stop him however, he told Spectre to make her practice her chess skills everyday. Upon leaving Spectre noticed Amanda kept to herself quietly playing chess by herself. Spectre offered her a break, but she denied it. Spectre offered her a few things, but all denied. It wasn't long after he noticed something strange. For one, she would constantly keep looking up at him and secondly she wasn't playing chess at all, but just moving peices around to make her look like she was practicing. Spectre tried an experiement by telling her he needed to run and do something and he'll be back later. However upon leaving Spectre watched through the kitchen window and sure enough. Amanda left her chess set and escaped the house with a bag

Spectre followed her to a laundrymat where she was in and out in about 10 minutes then went to an old worn down theater. It was abandon when the new movie theater went up, but never taken down. Upon peaking inside Spectre realized it wasn't as abandon as he thought...well for the most part. Their were lights shining on the stage, gentle music playing and to add to it all the seats were packed with cardboard pokemon figure. Spectre however kicked one out and sat down. Soon the little girl he was given the job to watch came prancing out in a ballerina outfit and cursty'd to her imaginary fans before she began to dance.

After her dance was finished Spectre revealed himself with a few claps. As Spectre walked up to her Amanda paniced and tried to apologize for leaving the house, but Spectre waved it off and told her she was amazing. Spectre sat down again and watched her dance some more tell it got late and both went home. Afew days past and well Spectre pretty much broke every rule her father told him. Spectre could see that she hated chess and wanted to dance, so Spectre cut all chess practice. As days of watching her dance went by their bond grew stronger and stronger tell something changed...

When the two returned to the theater a day before her birthday, she brought a much larger ballerina outfit. Spectre was confused and asked her about it. She didn't awnser as the more he asked the more her face began to blush tell she layed it in Spectre's lap, Spectre instantly knew what she wanted. She couldn't stop blushing and eventually Spectre discovered he just couldn't tell her no, especially since he is the only one who knows her little secret.

After getting dressed Amanda began to dance, but Spectre has no idea what to do so with a grab of the hand, Amanda began to teach him how to dance. Spectre was completely embarrised, but didn't wanna tell her. However after a while everything started to feel normal and his embarrisement faded away.

That night after laying Amanda down, Spectre called Kimi to come over and watch her, he wanted to pick something up for Amanda. In the morning Amanda discovered both Spectre and Kimi were crashed out on the floor together, but she wasn't nervous. Instead she poked Spectre's ear to wake him up and not much longer Spectre presented his birthday gift to Amanda. A necklace with ballerina slippers as it's charm. Not only did Amanda love it so much, she told Spectre she loved him and no one has ever done so much for her in her life.

However he had a lot to explain when Amanda told Kimi to come watch Her and Spectre dance Ballet. No is such an easy word, but sometimes "No" is hard to say and sometimes it's litterally impossible XD
