Description
There should be more domestic cat anthros out there.I doodled this in history class about two weeks ago and decided to color it due to lack of interest in school (the sudden weather changes of late spring/early summer in Colorado is making my brain explode). I like how it turned out though the scan might be a tad over-saturated. Ah well, you can't have everything.

It's very nice. You did a good job in picking the most luxurious colors! The only criticism I have to offer is that the curtain shading is a little off and the facial markings are bothering me a little. I know that in real life, that little between-the-eyes-stripe is skewed to one side. I just think that when you're not doing one of your TERRIBLY detailed pieces, you should fudge the rules a little bit. I think the face would have been a little more amazing (if that's even possible) if the stripe was contoured to fit the skull.
But that's just me.

Ah, the dreaded forehead stripe. I think I'll take your advice and next time try to get it nice and symmetrical. It's kind of awkward otherwise. And unfortunately I did it again with a watercolor I'm working on...can't fix that one either...Thank you very much for the tips. I need them wherever I can get 'em.

Cat anthros are really pretty fun to do, but so are dog anthros. I really like it when I find artists who've done domestic canine anthros because domestic dog breeds are so diverse.
