Drew this on a sheet of Bristol Smooth rather than the kind I typically use... every kind of surface has its pros and cons. The Bristol Smooth was better for midtone blending, but graphite smudges just a tad bit too easily. I'll save the rest of my pack for color pencil projects.

Materials used: 4H-8B sketch set and 0.5mm mechanical pencil
