My attempt at adding some sort of stakes for this!It's hard researching specific stuff about arraingments because people often use that and 'initial appearance' interchangeably so they give inaccurate info in their articles. I found a vid of justin beiber getting arrainged though and it answered my questions better than any articles HAHAHAHA
