This was mostly to play around with lighting. It's 10% actual color skill, 90% layers with different blending modes
I'm going to refrain from pointing out all the errors I see in this art because I'm told many people won't even notice if you don't mention it :3

Somehow one Tumblr ask devolved into me creating dozens of goofy stories of Mettaton in jail/prison, which led to people asking why he was in legal trouble, which resulted in me having to create backstory. So, uh, enjoy?
