I'm actually really proud of this lol. I learned a new shading technique and I applied it here.Also this is actually a remake of something older, can you guess which drawing? ;D
Anyway yeah, Specter probably doesn't wear this very often, maybe if he was at a Fantasy themed convention and wanted to play the fanservice levels up.
ALSO FINALLY DESIGNED A SCABBARD FOR HIS KATANA WEAPON X'D

S.G. stands for Spectrum Guardians, I can change it to S.C. for Specter Crums if it'd be better.
