Drawn over the course of two days, in a number 2 lead pencil ^^ I came up with the idea loosely based on my fic but also the theme to "House" helped me set the mood that and Kenny G's awesome Saprano Saxaphone playing skills ^^Sega owns Silver
I don't own house ^^

It looks really good to me, I like his expression and the pose is nice as well. The clothing is unique, and for some reason I really love the collar he's wearing. Interesting idea, I like it a lot. ^^
Though I'm wondering what he's sitting on? If he's sitting on the bottom two layers of brick, though I'm not entirely certain if he is or is supposed to be, then it might be a good idea to draw those bricks on the bottom just slightly bigger and maybe add in with a little bit of shading.
Also one more thing, this time about Silver's quills. I know how much of a pain they are to draw, and you seem to do incredibly well with Silver's quills. I myself dont draw him often, so this may or may not be correct, but the one larger quill on Silver's right looks like it should be a bit smaller (Not his cockahog quills, the slightly curved one on the back of his head XD). I love your insight, acutally I have a picture of me sitting ina spot simular to the one he is now, an industrial art sight they built a solid brick wall and then took and sliced a diagonal line across the edge.
I always draw his quills larger than usual ^^ it's a lot more fun that way, distorting characters slightly is the artists way of making it their own ^^

Very true, just like how I always show both of Shadow's quills on the farthest side of his head when drawing him from a 3/4 angle, whereas official art shows none or just one.
