I saw this guy last year as well when I visited the Bird Kingdom in Niagara Falls, but this picture was taken a few days ago.
He didn't like people trying to touch him, but he roamed freely and liked to get very close to people. He would even try preening a few people.. it was cute. ^-^ I could stick my camera right into his face and he wouldn't even mind hahaha. I'm in love with his red eyes.Edit:: I have discovered this to be a Victoria Crowned Pigeon.
