I always try to give a great picture a critique, so here's one for you. c:
I love how you drew the character! The hair, the clothes, she has a LOT of details, I'm surprised you got everything! xD I would forget a lot if it were me.
You make everything so adorable.
Your shading style matches perfectly with the lineart.
One thing I want to add in is how you drew her fangs, nice, big and pointy, which just adds to the adorableness xD
I found a few cons here, like in the tail, it's too curly and wavy, like in one point its going straight and then it curves. It's not too much of a bother, though, since it took me a while to notice it.
The other con is her arm. You made it small, then it got bigger on the way to the hand. This is what you're supposed to do, but you made it a tad too big.
Those are the only cons I could find, so that means you did a fantastic job! Only having 2 cons.
