it is possible, i could add these files to a miui theme, but i donΒ΄t realy know, how it works on miui.
iΒ΄m on a cm7 mod.
maybe take a look at XDA or a miui forum.

I'm using the newest stable CM7 I think. I am just starting to think about replacing notification bar icons. But I keep backing off because it really is a giant pain in the keester to do these (for me). Plus once I change up my layout, which is very often, I hit the theme chooser to match colors, and I assume that would undo any special ones I put up there. So I guess I'd be putting this sort of thing on the To Do Later list. I appreciate the offer to help!

you could add these icons to your theme too. just use uot kitchen, upload your favorite theme as a cm7 theme apk, mod the icons, that you later wanna change( i use red color, to see what i have to change)
download the submitted zip, use apk manager to extrakt that included theme (system.ui) and change the icons. zip that stuff and sign it, and install. it should work.

haha You just spit all that out like it should be common knowledge. I might as well have rooted my phone yesterday. I know next to nothing. I have all these tools (not including uot kitchen whateverthehell THAT is) and no knowledge (yet) what to do with them. I'm like an infant, sitting in my own shit, wondering when the boob will be coming around again because I'm hungry.
I am bookmarking your comment here though, so when I'm ready (my previously clear day/night just got filled), I will learn what it is you're talking about and then implement! With much eventual thanks to yourself, of course.
