I don't want to discourage you from art, so please take my critique with a grain of salt. It may seem brutal.
Your anatomy is off, and if feels like you are using your cartoony style to remain vague. The lack of detail is personally unappealing and bland.
I notice that you didn't draw any fingers or toes. To do so requires you to strengthen the elements of definition and detail that your style is lacking. Might I recommend you try drawing out of some Playboys to strengthen your style.

I absolutely love that you didn't make her breast the size of my house.
The fact that when I search "Fran" and half or more are nudes is one thing, but the fact that almost every fanart of her gives her the boobs of a house. And it is plain nasty.
