Now, I have to admit that seeing all the princesses as fillies in their little sweatshirts is pretty adorable to look at. However, I do have a few complaints about this piece. Firstly, I would add less stars and hearts to Luna and Cadence's clothing. There are too many of them to enjoy the base layer. I mean, look at how beautifully the blue and violet colors blend on Luna's shirt. I don't want so many stars getting in the way of that. Google "star pajama pants" and notice how the makers of the clothing space out the star designs. That is how I think they should be designed. Secondly, I really don't like Celestia's sweatshirt, mainly because it doesn't really tell me about who her character really is. Based on the other two princesses' attire, I can tell what their duty is. Luna's shirt tells me she's in charge of rising the sun, and Cadence's shirt tells me that she spreads love. But Celestia? I mean, rainbows are seen during the day, and she is in charge of rising the sun, but I don't think rainbows are the best way to tell us who Celestia is. Maybe if you gave her a pattern of suns or clouds, that would fit her personality a lot better.
Now with that said, I do admire how you designed the fillies' manes, especially Cadence's. The giant bow on her head reminds me of Teresa Brisby from The Secret of NIMH. It just makes her look so cute! Now I wish you would do the same with the bows on her pigtails. In my opinion, that would add to the cuteness. I also like the accessory you added to Celestia's mane. Speaking of which, that tells me who she is. That's what we should be seeing more of on her sweatshirt. For that matter, I think Luna could use an accessory of her own. Maybe a moon headband.
Overall, I think this is a satisfactory piece. I like the coloring of the fillies coats, as well as their outlines, seeing how this is sort of a vector from another drawing. I just think the sweatshirts need a lot of work, and you should be good. Still, I advise you to keep up the great work, SpellboundCanvas!

I think in terms of the stars and hearts, it isn't that there are too much(well maybe a little), but rather that they're very flat and too contrasted with the outfits. Detail and shading on clothes are affected by the folds of the fabric. For an example, a logo on a mug is skewed to fit the cylinder shape of the mug. In this case, it just feels flat.
The second thing is that the contrast in color with the little with the icons, esp with the stars, is that it draws your eyes toward it, which not only draw attention to the flaw previously stated, but also divert attention away from the face. In this case, it's not as bad, b/c the eyes kind of balance it out, but do keep this in mind.
One last thing, the rainbow really kills your color palette...haha...
