new to you character ,same story of some other character I drew before (Raika, etc .. )probably will change how she looks next time I draw her(through that go for every character
some info -
Rare race(dragon) one of the strongest in her world .
powers, able to glide for 1.75 sec (she broke her record
and thats all . tough she might be able to use fire when she lvl up (enough to light up a candle)
but she have like a year in her story until she will be in the age where her powers are really active

Alongside her lore, this is some great work you've done here! I by far love the shading you've done to especially the wings -- they look so polished and real! Secondly, her design is superb; the hair is funky and all over the place, sort of like what a humanoid dragon would have. As well as that, her clothing is unique in its own way.
Overall, fantastic work! You are getting so much better for each drawing you make, it's beyond amazing!
