woah! my first tutorialhope you like it!
* forgot to add - the color of the "Dried Blood Splatters brush" i chose the colors i'd like to use with the "eyedropper tool" and sample colors from the images
and sometimes i choose random colors just for fun (like the pink and turquoise color i used) ^^

Only problem is, I don't get how to use the pen tool :/

lets see 
- click on the picture with the pen tool
- mark the person/object by continuing clicking around the object you want to "cut out"
- in the end you click on the same place as you started and then it will automatically select it
- copy and paste it to the background layer
