Yeah those are frustrating, sometimes I'm guilty of it, mostly because a picture is just really really cute or something and there isn't much more I can say about it.

Very nice black/red pen work. Clean lines but spiffy skritchy scratchy shading. Perhaps it isn't your style, but I think using hatching in some of your for shading in other pieces would look quite nice.
