Playing around with some of my files, I came across a combination I liked, which led from one idea to another, which led to this!

Sunburst is based off an old Champions villain. I dug out my old 4th edition rulebook, read his description and something about him made me think he was a Magneto class villain. (Probably the mention that he has white hair!) That inspired this mask-less version of Sunburst. Of course, he's so different looking from the original, I should rename him and adopt him for my work!
