Oh. My. Goodness. I can't believe I actually made this...WITH MEH BARE HANDZ!!! Heh heh, so yeah, I haven't seen a lot of Webber fan art, and less about his origins (not even one!) so I made this.I made this during part of a Study Hall, during AA, and part of math. So about an hour or so with interruptions.
