For Knuckles (human style
) there'd be no better way to spend a summer than lounging about. Knuckles is always on edge, guarding against theives so logically, he'd love a summer day with the Master Emerald safe and when he could feel free to relax.Sure he'll keep one eye out, but that doesn't mean he isn't taking it easy
Artists note:
I just can't believe I did this!!!oh yeah, and I was tossin' around the idea that Knuckles would be watching a human Rouge by a pool in the distance, but frankly, this is far more in character. Don't pay attention to the wacky lighting that seems to go completely against the shading, I went a little crazy with that ^_^()

This is the best human Knuckles ever! The coloring...tones....its all that awesome! The background is perfect, the expression fits....instant fave! ^^

Dude... how did I miss this?? @_@ It totally boggles my mind. This is like... eye-orgasm-tastic.. Especially cuz Knuckles is my favorite character and he is a SEXAY HYOO-MAN now. I know this pic already has tons of comments but I couldn't resist commenting on it. It's just so totally brilliant. No wonder it's your featured deviation. It's sooo goooood.

it was my recent deviation for the longest time, and of course now its set as my featured... you musta been surfin' devart with your eyes closed

wow I usually hate human style sonic characters, but this one is awesome, you did a VERY good job conveying the atributes Knux posesses and adapting them to a human being.

You should probably take a look at the club, there are lots of different ways to make a sonic guy look human and with some very cool results!
and with characters like Rouge? often very sexified results too

oh yeah, one thing to mention, are u able to mix in more and get the darker area even darker? Or use digital adjustment is fine by me, because even with all the colors this appear pale to me, and on screen, the ones with more contrast stands out.

ah, the same problem as with my Link's Awakening fan art
I did try to keep that in mind THIS time because the lighting in this picture is similar but if it isn't enough it isn't enough. I'm more than willing to try and go for broke on this one. Some time during the summer I'll have to submit a "version 2" and I'll be looking forward to your comments
