So, with the new movie coming out I decided to check out the comic. Wow, it was very well written and I loved it! So I'm a big fan now, so I had to draw Kick-Ass.I would recommend reading the comic if your undecided about seeing the movie. I'm sure it will make you want to see it. But, don't read it if you don't want the ending story "twists" to be ruined.

I didn't read it, my boyfriend did, so I know about it more vicariously lol....among many other comics. The second should be out this spring/summer sometime. Hit-Girl is training Kick-Ass, that'll be priceless a 10 year old teaching a 17 year old MMA...HA!

I totally agree. Dave not getting the girl is a much better, more believable tragic ending and yes Big Daddy looks much better in the comic, more like a vigilante and not a batman ripoff.

I've been wantin' to read the comic for a while now but I could never find it, but that could all change once the movie comes out. As for the movie, I don't get why they gave kick ass a mouth hole. It looks stupid to me.

I found the complete hardcover at Borders books. I'm sure any comic store or books store has it now. They probable gave him the mouth hole so the actor could say his lines without mmmfrlmmm
