Description What happens when I have history notes next to me. I did a quick drawing to help me study and I hope it helps you too. AH I am so addicted to this anime XD

Austria and Hungary are the nation Austria-Hungary they were together durning WWI. Sorry I forgot to put that down.

America didn't join the war because of the possible alliance with Mexico(Zimmerman Telegraph) but was a HERO and joined when Russia had to back out because of the Bolshevik Revolution. France and England getting there ass kick and Germany growing bigger and not fighting a two-front war with Russia out. America joined the fight.
thx for the history lesson :]

Plz add info if you want or tell me if I am wrong :]

omg this is how I study for U.S. history too! ^^ when it gets to the actual war and crimes on humanity it's so sad but i think of it as the characters represent the people, not their leaders (for some who are just mean and evil)

beautifwuil :3 inspires me to submit my notes, even though they're no more than scribbles ^^"

again, 'A' 👍: 0 ⏩: 0

This is why I like Hetalia so much. It helps me remember the countries when they are characters I like how nearly all the arrows are pointing at Germany that pretty much explains it hahaha!

I know right there would even be more arrows on him in ww2.

I love this! xD It's perfect; this basically summed up my semester-long History of 20th Century class in two minutes, well at least the WWI part lol!
There's just one little thing I feel compelled to correct but you can just ignore it if you want (my history teacher pounded this info into us) and it's that the Zimmerman Telegraph wasn't the reason that America entered the war. The USA entered the war after the Russians pulled out because of the Bolshevik Revolution (Russia's always causing trouble for himself, huh? ) and since Germany was growing too big and France and England were getting their butts handed to them, America joined as the HERO! to stop Germany from growing too big. Again I apologize for correcting you, it's not my place to tell but I felt to pass on my knowledge lol.

No its fines~
We are all here to learn My teacher didn't go into to much of why America joined WW1 so from the text book it look as though America came because Zimmerman Telegraph. It is nice to know that there was a way better reason why America joined the war. I know after the Bolshevik Revolution comes Stalin oh nos Russia (>_<) America now is even more of a hero to me now even after the war tried to create peace in Europe with Wilson's Fourteen Points. Thanks for the information its means a lot to me that your corrected my info.

SeaChelles09 In reply to spicykurry [2011-03-24 02:21:40 +0000 UTC]

Haha no problem!
But the sad thing is, I didn't learn as much about World War I before college, so until last year, I thought it was because of the Zimmerman telegraph too. But thanks to history class I'm started to dislike France more and more with each history event. We're learning about Vietnam now, and if France hadn't bugged to take Vietnam back, there wouldnt have been a Vietnam war and maybe the American government and people wouldn't be cynical as we are today. But history is something to be learned from (and made fun of in Hetalia's case )
I look forward to more of these, especially the WWII one if you plan on making it! Germany's version was too vague lol.

THIS IS AWESOME!!!

You know, I tried doing that with my notes, but I have neither the skills to remember and draw them nor the patience to figure out a way to connect the arrows without driving myself crazy.

This is a really good chart.
Win for you!
