Because not every reference sheet styled like this is inspired by Centchi's reference sheets. It's a reference sheet, tons of people make them. Heck there's characters that aren't ponies that have detailed reference sheets like this. As for the sheet you linked, the two pieces of artwork literally have nothing in common other than the fact they're both ponies and they're showing multiple different character poses / things from the show. The artwork, characters and actual poses themselves aren't referenced from one another at all and Centchi's reference actually has more detail on it than this one. 

(I know this comment is late by like.. 4 years, but I hate when people post on other's artwork and bluntly accuse someone of referencing / not having their own idea the moment something new comes up that even remotely resembles another users previous work. Like I said before, Centchi may have a particular style of work but that doesn't mean any reference sheet that springs up that has multiple poses is automatically a copy of her sheets. I'm a fan of Centchi's works as well but it's upsetting when a popular artist in a particular community does something and then everyone after that is automatically copying them - and Centchi's not even the one commenting, it's her followers that take it upon themselves to jump on and 'attack' other artists. If you're really worried about this being a copy than I would have just messaged Centchi and let her deal with it privately instead of making your accusation public and potentially putting the artist down.)
